This template is mirrored from, and should be kept identical to, docs/adr/ADR-000-template.md — that is the canonical version used by the /create-adr command. This copy exists here only so docs/templates/ is a complete one-stop index of every document template in the repository.
If you are creating a real ADR, copy docs/adr/ADR-000-template.md, not this file.
